Orchard Gardens is a key transitional block at the southern tip of the regeneration of the Heygate Estate in Elephant and Castle.

The scheme comprises 228 homes above ground floor retail and the new Southwark Heritage Centre and Walworth Library. Walworth Square connects Orchard Gardens to the Old Town Hall on Walworth Road.
